Welcome to North Country Skating Club

We offer exceptional skating instruction for all ages and skill levels. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping you glide with confidence and passion. NCSC has provided the North Country with skating lessons under the US Figure Skating Association and Learn to Skate USA for over 40 years. 

Our season runs from October to March, concluding with a spectacular show for our skaters to display their abilities.

Open house and the start of the season has been postponed.

The ice has been having a hard time holding up due to the warmer weather and the humidity. We have not gotten an exact date from the rink as to when the ice will be ready, but we will have an update in the next week or so. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Frequently Asked Questions

What ages do you offer lessons for?

We offer lessons for all ages, ranging from 3 years old to adults. Our programs are designed to cater to each skater's ability and level.

Do I need my own skates?

You will need your own skates. We require single-blade skates. We highly recommend figure skates, but hockey skate are adequet.

We do have acess to rental skates through our rink but there is no guarentee that they will be maintaned enough for effective skating.  

How do I register for NCSC?

You can sign up for our club sessions by visiting our website and filling out the registration forms, or by contacting us directly for assistance. 

How much does NCSC cost?

The rate for our SnowPlow 1-4 levels is $250 for the season or five installments of $50 throughout the season. 

The rate for Basic 1-6, Pre-Free, Freestyle and Advanced levels is $350 for the season or five installments of $75 throughout the season.
